Purchase Order Number support for Shopify B2B orders

Order Printer Pro

Great news for our Shopify Plus users: We've just introduced a new feature in Order Printer Pro that allows you to include Purchase Order Numbers on all your invoices and other print documents for B2B sales.

What is Shopify B2B?

B2B on Shopify is a suite of features that allow you to sell business-to-business (B2B) through the online store, without requiring the use of third-party apps or workarounds. You can set customer-specific catalogs, payment terms, and currencies and connect multiple customers and locations in a single company profile. You and your customers can add a purchase order (PO) number to B2B orders and draft orders.

Order Printer Pro - Purchase Order Numbers

This new feature caters especially to the needs of businesses that handle B2B transactions, ensuring that the Purchase Order Numbers are prominently displayed and easily trackable.

Why This Matters:

  • B2B Order Optimization: Tailored specifically for Shopify Plus businesses managing bulk orders and B2B sales.
  • Streamlined Processes: Facilitate seamless order tracking and accounting practices.
  • Customization: Enhance your brand's professionalism with invoice templates that now reflect essential B2B information.

Enabling the Feature:

  1. Access the 'Manage templates' from your app dashboard.
  2. Choose the document template you want to edit.
  3. Insert the {{ po_number }} variable in the desired location on your template.

Note: The default templates included with Order Printer Pro have the above variable included for any new template automatically.
