Shopify's new return requested, approved and declined emails added to OrderlyEmails FORSBERG+two

We have some exciting news to share about our OrderlyEmails app. We've just added 3 new email templates that can now be customized in our Shopify email editor.

First, there's the Return request confirmation email template. This is an email that will be automatically sent to your customers by Shopify when they request to return an item. It's a great way to let them know that you've received their request and that you're working on it.

Next, there's the Return approved email template. This email will be sent to customers when you approve their return request. It will include all the necessary information they need to know, like where to ship the item back to.

And last but not least, there's the Return request declined template. This email will be sent to customers when you decline their return request. It includes a message that you can edit to explain why the request was declined.

All of these new templates can be easily customized to match the look and feel of your store, and will help keep your customers informed about their returns. They are now included in all of our available Shopify email notification themes.
